(1) Get New Hobbies.
This is the basic thing one can do to leave his/her comfort zone. It can be anything like Reading, Writing or playing any sports.
(2) Volunteer Somewhere.
It can be a wonderful idea if you involve your mind into volunteering. Volunteering can lead to physiological & mental peace which can lead you to quit your comfort zone.
(3) Say “Yes” More Often.
Its Not about saying “Yes” to people for pleasuring them. Its about saying Yes to Yourself. Yes to opportunities, new experiences, fresh ideas and discoveries that may get you out of your daily comfort zone and attain the growth your soul seeks.
(4) Change Your Environment.
Its often said “If you want to change your life, Change your environment”.
Get away from the distractions, Eat well & always be full of energy, Changing An environment is the key to get rid of your comfort zone.
(5) Take The First Small Step.
“It All Starts With The First Step”. You should start by taking the first small step it will definitely lead you the door of success.
(6) Travel Often.
To make your mind feel fresh & positive you have to do something which gives it a comfortable surrounding.
Travelling is the best idea you can go for. It relaxes the mind & motivates you to get focused on work.
(7) Learn Something New.
Mostly we get tired & get attracted to Comfort Zone because of our same, boring work. Learning something new & different will automatically detach us from our Comfort zone.
(8) Change Your Daily Routines.
Most of us go through this problem. We don’t plan our day accordingly, straight from waking up. Many of us wake up late. To get focused the best alternative is to make a Tight Schedule & Make a To-Do list.
(9) Unplug All Your Gadgets For 10 Days.
Nowadays the thing which attracts all of us towards the Comfort zone is Gadgets. It makes us lazy & dumb! The best solution to this is to leave them for 10 days & understand the true value of life which will obviously make you think of getting out of the Comfort Zone.
(10) Limit Your TV Time To 1 Hour a Day.
The most time wasted by us is by watching TV. On an average a person watches 3-4 hours TV a Day and TV is one of the biggest issues for Comfort Zone. Limiting our TV time will help us to get more time and increase work efficiency towards our goals.
(11) Start Conversations With Strangers.
This may sound irrelevant or an absurd idea but it is proven that starting conversations with strangers can lead to mental growth.
